Reference Service

Users who need help finding the information they need can get assistance from the HFNMTC Library. Through this type of service, library patrons can ask questions or present queries to the staff, who will then respond with the necessary information.

Reference Service refers to giving information to patrons or users who come to the library and ask the staff for assistance, or, to put it briefly, offering personal aid to library patrons looking for information.

We urge users to access this service when all other attempts to personally acquire the information they need have failed. Users can make request for their information need via the live chat , email or come to the library in person.
